I am Victoria and have been caring for animals from my first position as a stable groom, for 35 years. I established my care and cleaning role in 2000 providing bespoke services tailored to each family. Indeed my name (would you believe) is taken from the first pair of pooches and home I ever looked after! Floorshow and Carter were spaniels and were named after their human’s favourite films.
I am accredited for canine socialisation and obedience, but I care for a diverse array of creatures.
I took time out to train to look after big little people as a teacher, teaching health care and hospitality and I still teach today.
I continued to offer holiday care for a limited number of families around teaching as I enjoy being with the special souls.
I now share my time between counselling and coaching, my furry friends and bringing the sparkle back wherever I can.
My furry family are two little rat girls and a horse. I am a foster mummy to two extremely naughty alpaca’s. I have 14 acres of private land I am able to exercise your dog on if they are not happy with meeting other dogs or people and I never walk multiple dogs at once unless they are from the same family or I am requested to do so.
We’ve been benefiting from Victoria’s services for a couple of months now and in short I’m not sure what we did without her! So lovely walking through the door after one of her visits and the house is spotless. Very professional, flexible and great communication, taking the time to provide a summary of the work undertaken and making some future recommendations. Would happily recommend!

Victoria has been taking care of my many animals, rabbits, cats, puppy and horses for 12 years as and when I need her. She is reliable, flexible and covers anything my animals need even in an emergency. They are all always happy to see her and I am happy to have trust in someone who genuinely cares.

Victoria is like Mary Poppins, I wouldn't actually go on holiday or book another holiday without checking her diary first. We have a very nervous, rescue pup who grew up into a disabled big girl.
Double elbow dysplasia and allergies require specific care, hydrotherapy appointments, medication and feeding. Victoria cares for the animals like they were her own.
Dafne dog loves her as does Rufus the cat. She's reliable, gives great updates, checks in with us and is very confident and caring.

I have worked with Victoria for over 10 years and have always found her to be very a reliable and professional house and pet sitter, alongside being both approachable and friendly. Victoria has looked after our home and pets on many occasions whilst we have been away for long weekends or family holidays. No matter the duration, she has (without being asked) provided regular updates on the house and pets, sending photographs and check in information.
She always asks for clarification where needed in a timely manner to ensure our preferences are carried out where possible and notified me of any issues straight away. Victoria takes the time ahead of any house sitting engagement to engage and understand the duration of job, provide detail about her services and associated costs and align with any expectations of her throughout her stay, noting any specifications on preferred house or pet routine. She is respectful of our home and always leaves the house in a presentable and clean state.
Victoria has a natural way with both people and animals and our animals absolutely adore her. I am always confident that whilst we are away, our house and pets are safe and well looked after whilst with Victoria. I wouldn’t use anybody else.
